Mentoring
Volunteering through mentoring is a great way to directly have an impact on the life of an individual. The progress and achievements made by of our clients is a result of the commitment made by our mentors. Each client is assigned a mentor that helps them accomplish their goals while in the Roots & Wings Program.All of mentors first need to complete the 12 hour Mentor Training Class offered by the United Way of Morris County. Once you have completed this class, please give us a call about mentoring through Roots & Wings. This volunteer position requires one to four hours of time per week for two to three years.
